At Directed Machines, I operate and repair a fleet of Land Care Robots (LCRs) which keep vegetation low for solar generation sites, allowing them to generate maximum energy in an environmentally friendly way, without the use of chemicals. When operating the LCRs, I work remotely to set up their autonomous tasks, monitoring them as they work, and taking manual control as needed. When doing field work onsite with the LCRs, I will triage issues that arise and repair them as they work. I use extensive mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge to be able to repair these robots and ensure they are always functioning at the highest of quality.
As a contractor, my focus is developing Full Stack websites for small businesses that include portfolios, request forms, and an admin page to manage product. I am developing a frontend (React.js), a backend (Node.js) and admin page (React.js) to upload, update, delete, and display business portfolios, products, and events. I am managing storage of product data and assets with effective utilization of databases (MongoDB, Cloudinary). According to client needs, I am also implementing website customization, newsletters, service request forms, automatic emails, etc.
At Coding Mind Academy, I work as an instructor to teach various programming languages like C++ and Python to students in middle and high school. I teach 3+ classes a week where I prepare class material and deliver it so the students can understand easily. I also create homework for the students to do after each class and report their performance as feedback to their parents. In the last 4 weeks of each course, I guide the students through making a final project and presentation to showcase what they learned in the course to their parents.
At The Rush Market, I worked as an intern to help develop and test various new features to improve efficiency. I implemented a backend system to send text message alerts through Twilio to notify employees when a customer has driven to the front of the store for an online pickup order. I also developed a prototype system to use Azure text-to-speech to autofill forms to allow for greater efficiency when employees inspect new product. Lastly, I researched and assisted in the development of using computer vision to automate cycle counting and auditing.
At the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), I worked on a team to create a mobile app for iOS and Android called MIS Flood. We used the Unity Game Engine to make the app, which was designed to teach the importance of resource management and evacuation during natural crises like floods. To create the app, my team progressed through each phase of application creation: designing, research, development, testing, beta testing, and finally production.

I attended Purdue University for its competitive Computer Science and Robotics programs. My experience at Purdue Univesity was enriching both academically and personally. I took rigorous courses and met lifelong friends, which enabled me to get to where I am today.
I decided to study abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia because I wanted to experience a new, unfamiliar culture to broaden my understanding of people around the world. I had a wonderful time taking classes and traveling with friends I met while studying abroad.
